This one day seminar coaches in verbal presentation / customer interface. This is probably the single biggest turn off for your customers. We have all been the victims of someone “having a bad day at work”. Maybe they turned up resentful of the early start, got a roasting from the boss about their attitude then took it out on the customers for the rest of the day. After that, poor performance just gets easier and easier. On the other hand how many of us have scoffed when we have read about sales / front of house staff having to ‘audition’ for a retail sales job? There will be lots of role-playing, a little self-analysis and a lot of fun. No one can afford for his or her customers to not come back. This one-day session will ensure higher repeat business and profitability. Your staff are your front line - make sure they are happy, confident and working well for your (and their) interests. We can run this session for internal, external and front of house sales staffs, or for a fun day, let’s mix them up for you.
