Micro-PSS Portable Particulate Sampling System

Starting from the PSS-20, Control Sistem have developed the Micro-PSS as a portable partial flow particulate sampling system capable of managing variable dilution ratios.

The Micro-PSS is suitable for sampling exhaust gases from diesel vehicles under real or simulated road conditions in order to determine the particulate emission levels according to PEMS (Portable Emissions Monitoring Systems) specifications and protocols. This is because of the onboard real time detector that allows the determination of the rate of particulate production and deposition onto the filter in real time.  

The Micro PSS satisfies all the specifications stipulated in ISO Standard 16183 for evaluating particulate emissions under transient conditions and thus complies with principle EU regulations and standards.

Because the Micro-PSS is a partial flow sampling system it can still be used with all engine types and sizes
